I’m a UX designer with a strong background in user research, prototyping, and product development. Outside of design, I’m passionate about photography, exploring new restaurants and cities with friends, and documenting my experiences through photography. HARMAN International - Brand DNA Intern

May 2024 – Aug 2024

  • Conducted in-depth industry analysis on digitization trends, using insights to generate 15 innovative digital and physical product concepts to support brand digitization efforts and driving innovation within HARMAN.

  • Spearheaded the development of a brand portal, structuring and organising a comprehensive database of 60+ documents from marketing, acoustics, UI/UX, strategy, and design teams for 18 sales teams globally ensuring alignment on key requirements streamlining future product development and accelerating sales efforts by 15%.

  • Aligned brand DNA targets for brand portal project, communicated goals to 6 cross-functional teams weekly.

Technical Marketing A ssistant

  • Led comprehensive UX process for the Online MSU website, conducting iterative research through interviews, card sorting, A/B testing, refining 3 prototypes and implementing targeted changes to enhance user experience.

  • Leveraged online marketing practices such as SEO optimization using SEMrush and AI tools to drive interaction with Online MSU's program websites, leading to increased enrollment in programs and over 5% traffic on pages.

  • Audited marketing and website performance for 110+ online programs, optimising engagement and effectiveness.
